Private waterfront access is a short walk from the house along a path and stairs. The waterfront is an undeveloped, natural shoreline, with water access via stairs from the private dock.

Guests may tie up a boat overnight at the dock. Draft capacity is approximately 35 inches and varies with water conditions; please confirm suitability for your boat before your stay. No boat lift or mooring is provided.

Boat launches are available in nearby Indian River, and there is space to park a boat trailer at the property. The dock is available June through September.
